Join our team as a Residential Maintenance Technician and be a part of an exciting work environment where no two days are the same! This position would oversee the maintenance duties of Victory Village Apartments in Norfolk, NE!

• Conduct a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks in residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, perform repairs, and ensure all systems are operating efficiently.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents, resolving issues to their satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties, identifying maintenance needs and addressing them in a timely manner.
• Assist in the coordination and supervision of contractors and vendors for larger repair projects.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with property managers and other team members to maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained living environment.

Compensation Details

Pay: starting at $22.00 per hour
