Primary Duties
Perform minor fixes such as broken locks, patching, basic carpentry
Plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling trouble shooting
Install appliances and equipment
Yard work including trimming trees and weed control
Check functionality of safety systems (fire alarms, etc)
Report to property manager for issues and items that need repair
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and troubleshooting, responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems and ensure rental units are functional.
Being reliable with a keen eye for detail is the first step to getting this job. The ideal candidate will have experience and basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing & electrical systems.
Compensation Details
Hourly wage based on experience.
