Primary Duties
Business Development Manager will be the driving force for business growth, lead generation and lead conversion of wealth management services for advisory firms across the country. Business Development Manager must be willing to actively pursue advisor relationships while providing proactive outreach and communication.
Primary Duties:
- Recruit new investment advisors
- Onboarding of new advisors
- Assisting with advisor software
- Assisting with financial plans for advisors
- Contact point for daily transactions for advisors and clients
- Help lead marketing efforts for Wealth Management
Compensation Details
Base salary plus additional bonuses may apply
Options for creating/growing own client advisor portfolio exist
