Primary Duties
  • Our Company

    Our firm has been around for about 14 years.  Our business and staff continues to grow. We are located in Norfolk, NE, but we service companies nationally.  We work with businesses, churches, and schools to provide a quality retirement plan for their employees.  We are focused on providing a customized plan to assist participants on their way to retirement. Employees are part of an organization that has established an outstanding reputation for quality services. We believe your role in the Firm should lead to personal growth and opportunity for advancement.

     

    Job Summary

    In this position, you will work within a team to complete the following work daily.

    • Work within a team to answer any incoming & outgoing phone calls throughout the day
    • Understand all forms & answer general questions about the forms
    • Learn and answer general website questions
    • Oversee incoming emails according to the schedule provided
    • Add tasks to team workflow based on incoming forms & inquiries
    • Review and approve client forms
    • Prepare and mail client communications
    • Serve as a relationship manager for an assigned group of clients

     

    Preferred Experience/Skills

    • Strong customer service experience via phone and email is desired.
    • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Desire to provide the best possible experience for the client
