Primary Duties

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Service Specialist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, providing exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. You should have a strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a genuine passion for helping others. Job Duties:

In this position, you will work within a team to complete the following work daily.

• Work within a team to answer any incoming & outgoing phone calls throughout the day
• Understand all forms & answer general questions about the forms
• Learn and answer general website questions
• Oversee incoming emails according to the schedule provided
• Add tasks to team workflow based on incoming forms & inquiries
• Review and approve client forms
• Prepare and mail client communications
• Serve as a relationship manager for an assigned group of clients

Compensation Details

Base pay may vary depending on experience.
