Job Description

This role is responsible for administration and review of commission files for several companies that spans the senior health, final expense, long term care, life, and annuities. They will be responsible for accurately gathering, recording, and paying commissions to clients.   

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Compiles, reviews, and processes carrier commission statements, takes necessary action to ensure all data is recorded entirely and accurately
  • Works with agents and marketers to resolve, questions, inconsistencies, or missing commission
  • Creates, Maintains, and reviews compensation structures
  • Verifies commission data was captured and dispersed correctly
  • Reaches out to carriers to resolve inconsistencies or missing commission
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly objectives for timely payment

  • Uses time efficiently and completes work in a timely manner

 

Education Experience

  • High School diploma
  • 3+ of administrative experience
  • 3+ of commission experience
