Primary Duties
We are looking for someone who has a passion to provide excellent customer service to our advisors. If you are detail oriented and a hands-on learner, this position would be a great fit for you.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform the setup of all new accounts
- Confirm all pending check deposits to ensure prompt processing at each custodian
- Process daily downloads with custodians and software
- Assist in production of quarterly statements for all advisors and/or companies
- Coordinate with other team members in the department to ensure daily deadlines are met
- Problem solve all issues to speed processes
- We want a team-oriented person willing to learn and able to communicate with our team and clients.
