Within Integrity, Retirement Plan Consultants has been around for about 12 years and our business and staff continues to grow. We are located in Norfolk, NE, but we service companies nationally.  We work with businesses, churches, and schools to provide a quality retirement plan for their employees. We are focused on providing a customized plan to assist participants on their way to retirement and in doing so, have established an outstanding reputation for quality service. Job Duties

In this position, you will complete the following tasks.

  • Serve as relationship manager for an assigned group of clients
  • Use general retirement plan guidelines to assist clients with questions.
  • Review and approve client forms
  • Assist in answering incoming calls as needed
  • Learn and complete plan documents, annual non-discrimination testing, 5500 forms, and employer contribution calculations.
  • Work closely with our Client Service and Recordkeeping teams
  • Education Requirements:            
    1. Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant work experience.

*Relevant work experience should include computer skills and customer service experience.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Preferred Experience/Skills:

  • Third Party Administration and/or Recordkeeping experience in the retirement plan industry
  • ASPPA Designations and knowledge on IRS/DOL & ERISA rules regarding employer sponsored retirement plans
  • Strong customer service experience via phone or email is desired.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, PensionPro, Relius/FIS, Engagement, ftwilliam)

Compensation Details

Hours worked:

In this position you will work during our normal business hours 8AM – 5PM, Monday-Friday with a 1-hour lunch. January - March 15th overtime is required, during other times of the year overtime may vary depending on workload.
