Primary Duties
One main duty is to greet staff, students, parents and guests in person and over the phone. This position will share roles with 2 others that assist to the Principal, Activities Director and Counselor. Some shared roles include work in communication, attendance, lunch, data file and organziation, calendar planning, and other school management work.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
It is important to be comfortable in computer applications to create and edit documents, sheets and presentations. Communication skills are needed for phone, email, messaging systems and in person conversations.
