Primary Duties
A bookkeeping & payroll service business in Norfolk, NE, is seeking qualified candidates for a Full Time Office Assistant position. Responsibilities may include but not be limited to: * Answering and Directing Multi-Line Phone * Greeting clients & visitors * Scheduling Appointments * Data entry * Filing * Running Errands to clients daily * Invoice processing and deposits * Organizing and Processing Quarterly & Annual Payroll Reporting * Other duties as needed
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Qualifications include but are not limited to: * Previous experience in professional, front office setting * Ability to connect with and build strong rapport with clients * Positive attitude with a committed work ethic * Strong Computer skills including Microsoft Office use * Ability to multi-task * Attention to detail * Problem Solving skills * Maintain confidentiality, composure and professionalism *
