Primary Duties
1. Creates an environment that facilitates the achievement of Youth Development Outcomes.
2. Promotes and stimulates program participation and assists with registration of new members and participates in their club orientation process.
3. Provides guidance and role modeling to members.
4. Implements and administers programs, services and activities for Club members in an effective manner.
5. May oversee special programs and services such as Youth of Year programs or Youth of the Month.
6. Monitors and evaluates programs, services, and activities to ensure safety of members, quality in programs and appearance of the branch always.
7. Prepare periodic activity reports as directed.
8. Assists with implementation of outreach efforts to sustain and increase program membership and program participation.
9. Assists in maintaining facility and equipment in good working order as well as ensuring all storage areas are kept orderly and clean.
10. As needed, reports all repairs, maintenance, and janitorial needs to supervisor.
11. This position may participate in special programs and/or events as directed.
12. May be required to drive Club vehicle.
13. All other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to be flexible and able to work on multiple projects or tasks simultaneously
Intermediate skills in Microsoft software to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. As well as the ability to access payroll, timekeeping and personal data via a web-based system.
Administrative skills to include utilization of standard office equipment, data entry, 10-key,
Good attention to details and filing.
Good communication skills both written and spoken, and ability to maintain effective working relationships.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential matters.
