What does a Successful Arrow Stage Lines’ Motorcoach Operator Look Like?
- They possess a genuine love for people and travel and have the ability to communicate clearly, while performing their responsibilities in a professional manner at all times.
- They will have a flexible schedule and be available to drive evenings and weekends.
- They will operate the finest luxury motorcoaches on the road, in a safe, efficient, and timely manner, within DOT regulations and the speed limit.
What Skills are Needed to be successful?
- A current class A or B CDL with Passenger and Air Brake endorsements, as well as an excellent driving record.
- Be punctual, dependable, have a professional appearance, and have exceptional customer service skills.
- Have flexible hours and are able to work days, evenings, and weekends.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must have a class B CDL with an airbrakes and passenger endorsement.
Compensation Details
$22-$25 per hour based on experience
