Primary Duties
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) must have exceptional client service and communication skills, computer literacy, handle payment and financial issues, ability to multitask, friendly attitude and confidence to deal with stressful situations. CSR’s support veterinarians, technicians, veterinary assistants, groomers and kennel staff in daily patient and client care. They communicate with clients in person and by phone and email.
Greeting clients in person or on the phone
Set appointments appropriatly
Enter accurate charges; balancing the cash drawer
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must have computer knowledge
Exceptional Customer Service skills
Keep accurate medical records and clerical work
Organized, detail oriented
Able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds; equipment or paitents
Endure sitting, standing, and walking on hard surfaces for extended periods of time
Able to work in noisy work conditions with sounds from animals and equipment
