PLAN CONSULTANT

We are looking for someone who has a passion to provide excellent customer service to our clients. If you are detail oriented, a hands-on learner, and looking to build knowledge in the retirement industry this position would be a great fit for you. We offer specialized job training that will help you be successful in this position.
Job Duties
In this position, you will complete the following tasks.
- Assist members of our compliance team to help them serve their assigned group of clients
- Develop knowledge and experience to allow you to serve as a relationship manager for an assigned group of clients
- Learn general retirement plan guidelines to assist clients with questions.
- Review and approve client forms
- Assist in answering incoming calls & emails as needed.
- Prepare plan documents, annual non-discrimination testing, 5500 forms, and employer contribution calculations.
- Work closely with our Client Service and Recordkeeping teams

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Education Requirements
Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant work experience.
*Relevant work experience should include computer skills and customer service experience.
Compensation Details
Hours worked:
In this position you will work during our normal business hours 8AM – 5PM, Monday-Friday with a 1-hour lunch. January - March 15th overtime is required, during other times of the year overtime may vary depending on workload.
