Primary Duties
McMill CPAs & Advisors a prominent Accounting & Investment firm in Norfolk, NE is currently looking for an administrative office assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Responsibilities would include:
*Maintain client files to support a paperless office environment
*Handle sensitive and confidential information with attention to detail
*Process outgoing and incoming mail
*Answer phones and work with clients as needed.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
*Proficiency with general office technology and software including Microsoft Office, (Excel, Outlook Word) is preferred
*Establish a working relationship with co-workers
*Ability to prioritize tasks and attention to detail
Compensation Details
Standard work hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; expanded hours during tax season including Saturday (January-April)
