We are looking for an ambitious, tactful, superstar PT who loves seeing their patients get better and loves PT.  We run FAST-GROWING Physical Therapist owned & operated outpatient PT clinics in Norfolk, Humphrey & Columbus, NE.  We demonstrate our high quality of care to our patients through our team approach to patient care and attention to scheduling.  The team consists of highly trained front desk, billing staff, PTs, PTAs and Techs that are organized, efficient, compassionate, & are family through and through.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

What you will be doing...

Developing POCs for orthopedic and spine patients ranging from late elementary-aged children to 99+ years old

Day to day you will be developing written plans of care & daily encounter notes utilizing our web based EMR in a timely fashion.

Supervising the implementation of each plan of care and coordinating treatment as a team with support staff and maintaining clinic metrics/stats for your individualized caseload.

Documenting functional outcomes as required by our payors while remaining HIPAA & Medicare compliant.  

Participating in our internal & external marketing practices to help ensure the health of the clinic.

A few other requirements & things you don't need:

Must have a valid NE PT license or are in the process completing licensure requirements.

You don't need to have 20 years of experience, we like new-grads as well as seasoned vets, we mentor and train everyone.

Compensation Details

Salary is commensurate with experience.


Flexible schedule with clinic open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday-Fridays.  NO WEEKENDS!

Generous continuing education, generally $500 per year.

Leadership training, coaching, and seminars all expenses paid.

Mentorship and joining a team oriented group of 13 professionals(PT/PTA combined)

Weekly staff and therapist meetings
