Primary Duties
Midwest Bank in Norfolk is looking to fill a full-time Loan Services Representative position to assist with the bank's loan portfolio. Responsibilities include providng administrative assistance to lending administration and officers throughout the loan servicing processes as well as post-closing maintenance. This individual will work with consumer, mortgage, commercial and agricultural loans. Duties include, but are not limited to, perfrorming and tracking centralized loan duties, complying with banking regulations, timely and accurate reporting, loan file scanning and maintenance as well as data entry.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Exceptional customer service skills are required as this person will assist Loan Administration and Loan Officers directly with loan transactions, questions and research. Applicant must be detail oriented, self-motivated, and should possess good verbal and written communication skills as well as good computer skills. A hig school diploma is required. 2-3 years' banking experience required.
