Primary Duties
The Operation Specialist's purpose is to perform various monitoring and processing tasks related to the day-to-day operations of the bank. This position will also provide excellent cusotmer service to both internal and external customers by responding to inquiries and resolving operational issues and concerns in a timely manner.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Applicant must be detail oriented, self-motivated and an effective time manager. Good verbal and written communication skills as well as good computer skills are desired. Banking experience preferred but not required. Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
