Primary Duties

An enterprise insurance employer is looking for a group of Call Center Representatives to join their policy owner services group.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound calls from customers and assisting with any questions or concerns as it relates to their various products, policy benefits, claim payments and policy changes.
  • Transfer calls to the appropriate department as it relates to the customer’s needs

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Must-haves:

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter mentality

Plusses:

  • Previous insurance experience

Compensation Details

Pay: $18.00 per hour - Monday through Friday 8am until 5pm
