We are looking for an Aftermarket Account Manager to join our team. In this position you will be responsible for selling parts, accessories and service as well as expanding customer base and increasing sales in an assigned territory. Preferred location for the position is at our Norfolk location, but we would consider other locations in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities of the Aftermarket Account Manager:

  • Plan and execute sales calls to targeted accounts in assigned territory
  • Contact prospective customers to promote and sell AKRS product and programs
  • Access customer needs to effectively sell parts and service
  • Grow parts and service sales in assigned territory according to budget and goals for the year
  • Follow defined sales processes, using Salesforce to track and capture customer activity

Requirements of the Aftermarket Account Manager:

  • The minimum of an Associate’s Degree is preferred
  • 5+ years of Agriculture Equipment product knowledge required
  • 3+ years parts sales preferred
  • Knowledgeable and competent with technology
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to identify potential, supply solutions and close sales
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Excellent customer relationship skills
