We're looking for a Quality Manager to join our team!
In this role, you’ll report directly to the Executive Director and oversee all aspects of quality management from planning to project completion for the agencies you’re assigned. Responsibilities will include auditing systems, processes, and products, ensuring compliance with new and existing national and agency quality standards, regulations and accreditation standards.

What you’ll do in this role:
Review systems and assist with the planning and development of correction/protective service plans to ensure quality, effectiveness, and compliance
Provide your expertise in the analysis of quality-related data to make necessary recommendations
Implement quality management actions and contribute to the development of agency policies and procedures, strategic plan, and other improvement initiatives.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in business, healthcare, or social services with minimum two years' experience or minimum six years' experience in a quality or business aspect of healthcare role required. Minimum two years of supervisory experience required. Experience with LEAN/Six Sigma and IDD preferred.
Compensation Details
Minumum-$50,648
Maximum-$65,852
An offer would be made based on experience, education and internal equity.
