Primary Duties
The Service Center Specialist is the central point of contact for all technology-related incidents and service requests. The role of the Service Center Specialist is to provide support for all staff and students at Northeast. The Service Center Specialist is responsible for logging incidents and service requests and resolving support requests ensuring that service levels and targets are achieved as well as meeting customer satisfaction and continuous service delivery demands. Client Services staff provide services over the phone, through email, in-person (for walk-in customers), and through chat.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Requires strong interpersonal skills, as well as written and oral communications skills; ability to research and resolve problems for customers; and ability to interact effectively with faculty, staff and students; and pay close attention to detail.
Compensation Details
This position is in Salary Grade 310, with a minimum salary of $16.94 per hour. The successful candidate’s salary will be calculated based on education and experience within the salary grade range.
Two open positions:
First Position: 7am-4pm
Second Position: 8am-5pm
