Primary Duties
-Work 3pm-11pm 4 days per week or 7am-7pm 3 days a week
-Greet guests upon arrival with great customer service attitude and maintains great attitude with all guests and coworkers during all interactions
-Registers guest, assign rooms and assists guests with requests when possible
-Answers phone with proper telephone etiquette and enter reservations into computer system
-Perfroms cash and credit card transactions by following policies and procedures
-Knows room types, location and rates
-Process guest check outs
-Maintain cleanliness of front desk area at all times
-Any other duties as assigned
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
-Working general knowledge of computers
-Great customer service attitude
-Proper telephone etiquette
