Primary Duties
Answer incoming service phone calls, trouble shoot printers with end user over the phone, install printer drivers remotely to end user computers, remote repair of printing issues, monitor incoming service requests via email, fulfill end user toner requests, log service tickets into software system, assist service department manager with operations.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
IT technical degree or work background in IT services required. Good phone and customer service skills.
Compensation Details
monthly salary payment split into two payments, mid month and end of month
