Are you looking for a new challenge or a career change? We are looking to add a Full-Time Accounts Payable Specialist to our Support Center Team!

This is an excellent opportunity to join a solid family-oriented company with a team-based culture. This position will provide administrative support and accounts payable services within the company. A positive attitude and people skills are a must! The office is open Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm and half days on Friday, so that means no nights or weekends!

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, detail-oriented individual who is adaptable and well organized with a willingness to learn. Must be able to interact effectively in a small-office environment. Must be able to work at a fast pace, be a great team player, and have great organizational & communication skills.

General Responsibilities: Inputting and paying all accounts payable in QuickBooks Enterprise, vendor communications, administrative support for management team, and general reception duties at our support center.

  • Ideal candidate would be experienced in QuickBooks and accounts payable duties.
  • Experience with Excel required.
  • Compensation is dependent on experience.

Here’s what we are looking for:

  • Perform general administrative and clerical functions (data entry, answer multi-line phone, and work directly with employees and vendor)
  • Require knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Software – Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Experience with Accounts Payable and Vendor Communication
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software preferred
  • Document Management (Filing, sorting, faxing, and organizing documents)
  • Maintain multiple Excel spreadsheets
  • Outstanding Customer Service Skills
  • Exceptional Phone Skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team player mentality
  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Positive hands-on attitude

Compensation Details

Compensation is dependent on experience, hourlay rate ranges from $15-$18/hr.
