Primary Duties

We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Identify channel development opportunities, recruiting, and onboarding new dealers.

• Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers

• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships

• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports

• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services

• Install and support products

• Occasional product assembly and wiring

• FieldWise Portal training (adding a customer, placing an order, etc.)

• Other tasks as assigned

• Traveling: a. April through August, subject to potential travel up to a week at a time, to assist with product installation and/or support. Generally, not more than one week per month traveling across or out of state. 


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Responsibilities

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and email

• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills

• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

• Center pivot and electrical knowledge

• Professional attitude and appearance

• Critical thinker

• Job requires physical activity

• Prompt, good time management skills 

• Can handle fast-paced environment

• Must be at least 18 years of age


Compensation Details

Pay: commensurate with experience, starting at $50,000

Full time: M-F, 8am – 5pm and during farming season until noon on Saturdays.
