Primary Duties

·       Support & develop member relations to promote member success

·       Oversee agronomy sales to ensure on-farm sales calls, sales leads, service

·       Prepare crop plans, agronomy customer service applications for customers

·       Managing, organizing, and directing location personnel

·       Manage monthly accounts receivables for location

·       Managing and directing maintenance, repair, and housekeeping of facilities and equipment

·       Communication of safety and regulatory policies and procedures to staff

·       Monthly Inventory Control management of grain, agronomy, chemicals, feed, fuel

·       Oversee & ensuring quality control of grain, fertilizer, & chemicals, feed, fuel

·       Oversee station operations services & employees

·       Assisting walk-in customers and answering customer calls with orders and billing
