Primary Duties
Nucor Steel Nebraska is seeking applicants for the position of Human Resources Administrator.
BASIC FUNCTIONS:
The role of Human Resources Administrator includes but is not limited to providing support on all Human Resources matters, administering recruiting and AAP processes, administering payroll processes including related accounting functions, coordinating company events, and maintaining confidences. The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities is crucial. This position will demonstrate a high level of customer service and confidentiality while proactively communicating and completing follow through with teammates and other customers.
Compensation Details
Compensation is based on related experience, skills, knowledge and abilities. Bonus and profit sharing potential in addition.
