Job Summary:   The Telehealth Network Coordinator acts as a liaison between FRHS and area networks and hospitals participating in Telehealth services.  Proactively develops and implement clinical activities, manages contract and the Telehealth Program to ensure that high quality services are delivered via Telehealth.  This position is responsible for assessing, planning, developing, communicating, coordinating, implementing, evaluating, and troubleshooting the videoconferencing and telecommunication activities. 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or Clinical required


Master's Degree preferred


Previous clinical and/or healthcare experience preferred


Skills/Knowledge Requirements:

Language Skills - Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required

Experience in reporting and planning, managing multiple projects, and data analysis preferred

Possess outstanding presentation and communication skills with audiences of all levels required

Exhibit high level/amount of interaction with departmental stakeholders required

Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks required

Solutions oriented and demonstrates flexibility, using collaborative techniques to identify project problems and implement solutions required

Understanding of Telehealth platforms including, but not limited to video conferencing tools, mobile applications, and distance healthcare delivery solutions required

Current, valid drivers' license issued in the state of legal residence required

Will operate FRHS owned vehicles
