Primary Duties

The mission of Faith Regional Health Services is to serve Christ by providing all people with exemplary medical services in an environment of love and care.

Job Summary:  In cooperation with the Manager of Clinical Informatics, this role will be responsible for planning, implementing and supporting Epic clinical applications and projects. Assist in the coordination of project and support resources; responsible for communication between teams within the IT Department and business owners. Works independently and within team structures across the organization. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, end user support and education in regard to Epic functionality, troubleshooting reported issues and workflow questions.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Healthcare degree in Nursing, Respiratory Therapy, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech/Language Pathology required.

Current, valid driver’s license issued in the state of legal residence required.

Complete Credentialed Trainer Program provided by Nebraska Medicine within 6 months of hire date required.

Your own personal smartphone required. (Faith Regional mobile apps may be necessary to perform the functions of this position.)

Previous Experience Requirements:

Previous clinical and/or healthcare experience required.

Skills/Knowledge Requirements:

Language Skills – Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language required.

Analytical Skills required.

Knowledge of Epic Functionality for clinicians preferred.
