Primary Duties

. We are currently seeking a F&I Manager with a focus on Compliance to join our team.  We are needing a dynamic, results oriented, reliable person to fill this position. The ideal candidate will have 2 years finance experience. Powersports experience a plus but not required.

Essential Duties:

  • Produce acceptable levels of revenue and profits for the dealership by selling finance, insurance, and optional products to new and used powersport equipment customers.
  • Establish and maintain a good working relationship with several finance sources.
  • Pro-actively use sales techniques.
  • Set monthly sales objectives and attain goals. Provide with reports, as requested.
  • Establish and maintain an efficient, organized, clean and professional business office.
  • Act as a liaison to all departments on matters concerning Finance and Insurance.
  • Provide supplemental assistance to a sales person in the  Sales Department. Work in conjunction with the sales team.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service
  • Ensure that the delivery of any new or used vehicle is an “EVENT” that will endear customer to the dealership.
  • Be able to handle customer complaints quickly and courteously, demonstrating empathy, a positive attitude, and our commitment to “making things right”.
  • Demonstrate commitment to the dealership’s philosophy of quality service to all customers and acts as a role model to other dealership employees.

 


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Responsibilities

  • Contract new business, sell and close deals
  • Generate finance income on all sold customers
  • Check/verify paperwork involved with cash, finance, or lease transactions
  • Contract or collect all money at closing
  • Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals as needed
  • Strongly follow-up on all required lender steps
  • Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders
  • Maintain acceptable CIT’s
  • Maintain acceptable deal turn around to Accounting
  • Process all deals to Accounting for payroll cut-offs and month-end
  • Handle all cancellations for extended warranties and other aftermarket products
