Primary Duties
Counsel clients individually or in family &/or group sessions, assist in overcoming and managing mental health conditions.
Complete pretreatment assessments/intake interview to arrive at diagnostic impressions, needed treatment services, and coordination of care, in conjunction with assigned supervising practitioner as required by licensure/insurance.
Develop, review, and modify client treatment plans based on research, clinical experience, and client histories.
Complete discharge summaries and planning with clients to facilitate needed care or reporting to referral sources.
Attend training sessions to increase knowledge and skills.
Teach diadactic classes on an as-needed basis.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Masters in psychology, counseling, social work, or closely related field.
Licenses as a provisional or licensed mental health professional as defined by the state of Nebraska.
Ability to clear background checks.
Compensation Details
$48,000 - $60,000 annual salary + bonus based on licensure.
