1. Sales Leadership Competency
• Outcome-based selling experience with understanding of industrial business drivers.
• Ability to conduct quarterly business plan reviews with local sales teams.
• Leading the Disciplined Sales Process in identifying Software/Networking/Cyber Security opportunities.

·   Exceed growth targets in business revenue and management objectives.

·   Ensure sufficient funnel in iIoT business space to achieve plan.

·   Develop and execute business plans to targeted competitively held System Integrators or Original Equipment Manufacturers within sales territory.

• Coordinate and manage business to business relationships within the Software/Networking/Cyber Security Business for:

·   The Industrial Solutions Network and our strategic Partners

·   System Integrators

·   Industrial End Clients

·   Industrial Contractors

·   Equipment Builders

·   Profit Center Leaders & Sales Teams

• Effectively utilize CRM to track and grow opportunities throughout sales lifecycle.
• Transform product and service opportunities into system sales opportunities when appropriate.
• Obtain ‘Voice of the Customer’ feedback on strengths, gaps, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement in our current offerings.
1. Technical Competency
• Network Infrastructure:

·   Ethernet cabling knowledge of CAT 5-7 along with associated connectors, cabling methods, insulation, and installation methods

·   Knowledge of fiber optic cable options, connectors, and insulation choice.

·   Knowledge of Wi-Fi in an industrial setting with I/O for automation communications.

·   In depth knowledge of Ethernet switching featuring experience with Cisco Catalyst and Rockwell Automation’s Strati switch models.

·   Ability to design BOM for Ethernet cabling, switches, firewalls typical of a manufacturing plant.

·   Understand ISA, TIA, ANSI, NEMA, NEC and NIST standards.

·   Basic knowledge of automation control panel design, PLCs, SCADA design/programming and Intelligent Motor Control.

• Cyber Security:

·   Familiarity with ICS security solutions such as Claroty, Fortinet, etc.

·   Experience working with ICS technologies such as SCADA, DCS, PLCs, HMIs, Historians, etc.

·   Broad IT knowledge in networks, architecture, infrastructure, firewalls, etc.

·   Good understanding of defense in depth security best practices.

·   Experience working with protecting and administering critical industrial network infrastructure, with demonstratable experience working with Cisco, Rockwell Automation.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology diploma in related technical field, or equivalent experience is required.
• Demonstrable knowledge & understanding of networks/cyber security industry and terminology.
• Network Engineering Certification (CCNA or MCSE or equivalent) is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal communications, analytical and problem solving, organizational and written/verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to influence and guide team members when required.
