Primary Duties
- Service, repair, recondition & assemble customer and dealership equipment, new and used
- Provide excellent customer service in the shop, on the phone, and in the field
- Participate in service training programs as required to develop knowledge & skills
- Maintain and operate shop equipment & tools safely, performing quality work as efficiently as possible
- Maintain a clean work area
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficient knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical and electrical systems related to repair of agricultural or turf equipment
- Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Valid driver's license required
Compensation Details
- Potential $10K signing bonus or tuition reibursement!
- Starting hourly wage dependent on experience - $100K + annual potential!
- Profit sharing and potential for additional bonuses
- Overtime after 40 hours
