Primary Duties

Job Summary: Primary accountability for organizational budget creation and cost resource for FRHS management team. Maintain budgeting system and statistics. Assist in month-end closing process as well as back up payroll.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related field required.
Master's Degree preferred.
Previous Experience Requirements:
3 years of previous experience in field preferred.
Combination of 5 years of education and experience in position field preferred.
Previous healthcare experience preferred.
Skills/Knowledge Requirements:
Language Skills – Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language required.
Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures required.
Experience with financial statement preparation for all types of legal entities required.
Experience with general ledger functions and month-end/year-end close processes required.
Experience in preparing and reviewing of partnership, corporate, payroll, and non-profit tax filings required.
