Qualifications: Training and Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Communications, Social Work or closely related field with knowledge of health care project management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Qualifications: Experience
Prior experience in customer service and insurance related activities desirable.
Qualifications: Licensure/Certification
Must have a valid Nebraska driver’s license and provide proof of personal driver’s insurance and the ability to utilize own transportation for work purposes.

Highly detail oriented and organized work.
Demonstrated skill initiating, organizing and completing tasks with moderate to minimal supervision.
Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of management and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving and results.
Demonstrated ability to apply knowledge of a variety of federal, state and local resources, programs and services involved with Outreach and Enrollment initiatives. Demonstrated ability to use intermediate functions and features of the MS Office suite including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and database applications.
Able to work in a team environment. Strong communication skills.
Ability to efficiently carry out Midtown Health’s Center mission statement and comply with its policies and procedures.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, co-workers, and the public and to be able to demonstrate cultural awareness and sensitivity.
Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance to HIPPA regulations.
Ability to comply with all occupational safety and health standards and all rules, regulations, and orders issues under the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA).
Ability to utilize critical thinking and problem solving skills to address clinic’s needs.
Ability to interpret oral and written instructions and do appropriate follow-up.
Ability to constructively participate in quality improvement efforts.
Ability to actively participate in marketing and outreach activities when requested and emergency response events when required.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) verbal and written skills are highly desired.
Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to speak to both large and small groups.
Ability to utilize and understand appropriate software and technology including the EHR system to accomplish job functions.
Knowledge of community, state, and federal assistance programs.
