Primary Duties
The Life Skill Instructor will provide supervision and assistance to assigned individuals within the guidelines of Nebraska Health and Human Services. Staff will be responsible for helping to provide a safe and pleasant environment. Some of the daily tasks will be but are not limited to running programs, participating in outings, administering and documenting medications, and assisting with health and hygiene needs.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
High School diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18 years or older
Must have Nebraska Certifications to administer medications/aide, abuse and neglect, First Aide, CPR (provided to you through the hiring process of this position at Envisions).
Must pass National Background Check and CPS/APS Registry Check
Must be able to perform all aspects of the position including basic household management and budgeting of money efficiently.
Prefer to have a valid driver’s license in the State of Nebraska, and a good driving record.
Compensation Details
Full time, part-time, days, evenings, and weekends, flexible hours
Starting wage $13.00
