Primary Duties

ling is looking for eager and motivated Managers to join our Management Team at Bling Norfolk as we grow! This position will give you the opportunity to gain the knowledge and experience required to successfully manage this Bling Store! This training will include duties in several departments such as customer service, visual merchandising, sales and daily operations. If you are open to learning new things, not afraid to take chances, and interested in learning the skills it takes to run one of our stores, then Bling wants to hear from you!


  • Receive training and perform duties in several departments such as customer service, visual merchandising, sales and daily operations. You will also be asked to report on your progress in these areas.
  • Learn various staff functions, including operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices in areas regarding customer returns, payment & exchanges and security practices.
  • Meet objectives and sales goals set by upper management and determined upon accepting this position.
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
  • Open and close cash registers, performing tasks such as counting money, separating charge slips, coupons, and vouchers and balancing cash drawers.
  • Compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payment.
  • Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations.

  • Ability to interact effectively with staff throughout the company
  • Knowledge of Social Media
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Retail experience strongly preferred but not required.
