Primary Duties

                                  Employee will work approximately forty hours per week; Monday – Friday and every third Saturday morning.  The employee will occasionally travel to outreach clinics.

 

Responsibilities include:

Working with the public in person and on the phone, registering patients, scheduling appointments via phone, insurance, and data entry, filing, general office duties, assisting nursing staff when necessary including pulling medical records and other duties as assigned.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Must be organized, able to prioritize, work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, have keyboarding and computer proficiency and have excellent communication skills.  Knowledgeable about medical records and HIPAA requirements preferred
