Primary Duties
Provide supervision and redirection, with dignity and respect, to residents in accordance to program expectations.
Monitor and document resident behavior, Facilitate psycho-educational groups, transport residents to appointments and AA/NA meetings.
Complete room searches, UA's and breathalyzers as assigned.
Basic Office Dutes include answering the phone, scanning documents, filing, and shredding.
Ability to obtain Medication Aide Certification; distribute medications as assigned.

Interpersonal Skills necessary to engage with residents and staff in a respectful manner
A basic understanding of the disease concept of addiction/alcoholism
Flexible Work Schedule
Valid Driver's License preferred
Compensation Details
Part-Time staff wage begins at $13 per hour and can increase based on educations/work history/performance.
Pay dates are every two weeks. Part-Time staff receive double pay when working holidays.
