Primary Duties
EBM Corporations is looking for a self-starter with a good work ethic to join our team. We are currently seeking a qualified applicant for our Part-Time (Flexible Schedule) Groundskeeper/Building Maintenance position. Candidate must be good with a variety of hand tools, knowledgeable in general building maintenance and repairs, and handle large mowing and snow removal equipment.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Requirements:
Valid DL/Insurable
Able to climb ladders
Operate power tools
Be able to stand on and off feet for several hours a day depending on the tasks
