Primary Duties

Role: CED is actively seeking passionate individuals to fill a Proactive Inside Sales position in Norfolk, NE.

Description: Proactive Inside Sales is vital to the future growth of our business. Inside Sales serves as the

front line to understanding our established client’s needs and helps us shape our business around those

needs. You will be the voice and face of our company and the first point of contact for innovative solutions.

As a growing part of our business you will be tasked with developing our services relationships with our

clients as well as find opportunities to grow our offering.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

As a candidate, here are some things you must know:

• Technology is always changing and we must learn and grow along with it; so we ask our

applicants to have a strong mindset of continuous learning.

• Relationships are an integral part of the job; so you must enjoy having conversations face to

face and over the phone.

• We are primarily a business-to-business organization; thus many of the conversations we

have are focused around improving our client’s processes.

• Accounts we serve are located within 1.5 hours of the Norfolk area.

• We have an elaborate support system including Solution, Service, & Product Specialists to

help you be successful along the way. (Product or services knowledge is not a prerequisite.)

• Training on our service offering and sales training is provided throughout your entire career

as we want your career to be both fulfilling and successful.

• Opportunities for advancement are all around you.

• We have very few ‘off the street’ clients and zero cold calls are required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong critical thinking and the ability to multitask

• Attention to details and solid organization skills

• Service centric mindset

• Experience in sales or customer service

• Problem solving with the ability to think outside the norm

• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

• The ability to adapt to any situation

• Desire to build relationships and develop business
