As a candidate, here are some things you must know:
• Technology is always changing and we must learn and grow along with it; so we ask our
applicants to have a strong mindset of continuous learning.
• Relationships are an integral part of the job; so you must enjoy having conversations face to
face and over the phone.
• We are primarily a business-to-business organization; thus many of the conversations we
have are focused around improving our client’s processes.
• Accounts we serve are located within 1.5 hours of the Norfolk area.
• We have an elaborate support system including Solution, Service, & Product Specialists to
help you be successful along the way. (Product or services knowledge is not a prerequisite.)
• Training on our service offering and sales training is provided throughout your entire career
as we want your career to be both fulfilling and successful.
• Opportunities for advancement are all around you.
• We have very few ‘off the street’ clients and zero cold calls are required.
