Primary Duties

Midwest Bank Norfolk is looking to fill a full time Welcome Desk Coordinator position at their new administration building. Responsibilities include welcoming customers in person and via the phone, assisting Customer Service Representatives, assist with event planning and customer relations, as well as providing administrative assistance to the Market President. Other duties include, but are not limited to, answering calls, distributing mail, scheduling conference rooms, ordering supplies, and coordinating and facilitating various customer related activities. 


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Exceptional customer service skills are required as this person will assist customers directly with various banking questions and needs. Applicant must be detail oriented, self-motivated, and should possess good verbal and written communication skills as well as good computer skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
