About this Job
Role: CED is growing and actively seeking driven, confident, self-reliant, and upbeat individuals with excellent customer service skills to fill an entry level Profit Center Trainee position in Norfolk, NE.


Description: Our Profit Center Trainees go through a 1-2 year training program to learn about our profitable business from the ground up. Spend time working in our warehouse, customer service areas (counter & inside sales) operations and project management before shadowing our account managers and transitioning into one of the areas that is best fit to the individuals strengths.

· Clients we serve are located within 2 hours of the Norfolk area.
· We have an elaborate support system including technical experts to help you with customer support & your development.
· Product training and sales training is provided throughout your entire career as we want your career to be both fulfilling and successful.

· We have very few ‘off the street’ clients and zero cold calls are required.

Preferred Qualifications:
· Strong critical thinking and the ability to multitask
· Attention to details and solid organization skills
· Electrical Industry knowledge is preferred, but not required
· Experience in sales or customer service
· Problem solving with the ability to think outside the norm
· Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
· The ability to adapt to any situation
· Desire to grow, compete, and win
