Primary Duties
Midwest Bank Norfolk is looking to add a full-time Customer Service/New Accounts Representative position. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, opening new accounts, be able to offer products and services with confidence and knowledge, along with completing daily banking functions and duties.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Applicant must be detail oriented, self-motivated and an effective time manager. Good verbal and written communication skills as well as good computer skills are desired. Previous customer service experience required. Banking experience preferred but not required.
