Primary Duties
The case manager will be responsible for a 22-county intensive therapeutic case management program using the wraparound approach for youth with serious emotional disorders (SED) and their families.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Applicants must have good communication, facilitation and documentation skills in addition to knowledge of both community resources and diverse populations. Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field required. Bilingual preferred.
