The Well was established in 1991 and has grown our services to include: Residential Treatment Services including:  Dual Disorder Residential, Intermediate Residential, Mommy & Me program, Mental Health Respite Services, Outpatient Services, SUD Assessments, Mental Health Counseling, SUD Counseling, Group Counseling, Medication Management, Mental Health Evaluations, Community Support, and Peer Support.
